Hi, I am Melody.  I have loved, lost and rebuilt more times than I can remember.  I have trusted, been hurt and forgiven many more times than most people think you should.  But I believe when you can love and forgive someone even when they rip your heart out, disappoint you or physically and mentally harm you, then you are well on your way to heaven and a large Karmic bank account!

Yes it is hard, and yes it hurts you to see them and think they got away with it, but in the end, when the end comes or the cycle recycles, you will be ahead of the game!  And you know they really didn’t win…because here you are, being a bigger person than they are by forgiving and loving them in spite of their ugliness.

You don’t have to let them into your life.  You don’t have to let them have power over you.  You don’t have to be their best friend again and you don’t have to invite them to dinner…you only have to forgive and release that pain they have held over you. The pain that they have rendered you harm with.  You don’t forgive to help them.  You forgive to help you! When you forgive them you release the energy that it takes you to hate, guard, or fear them and you transform it into energy you can now use to heal, love and respect you.  This makes you free to give love, respect and healing help to others.

My intentions with this site is to do just that.  Maybe through my stories and experiences you can find your way to heal yourself and others around you.  We have to take care of “us” (our self), if we don’t we won’t be here for the ones who need and love us or anyone else.
